Adebola holds ECE diploma and a master’s in Child and Youth Care and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Intervention. Her professional background includes early childhood education, community engagement and non-profit management. As a non-profit founder, she designs and implement programs that helps to reduce inequities the marginalized groups experience. She has experience working with children and families in child care, school and community settings She is an ECE professor at a community college.
